Visualize a World of Peace!

Things are definitely heating up all over! Everywhere we look there is more intensity.

The Lunar Eclipse sure packed a giant wallop, and here comes the Solar Eclipse and Full Moon on Monday August 21st.

I am going to be in prayer and visualizing Peace all over America and the World.

If you are sensitive, try not watching the news for a while.  Most of it is over-sensationalized and grim.

Instead, center in your heart.  Go within. Take refuge in the Light of your spiritual practice, whatever it is.

If we don’t tie into the violence and insanity, we can be a pillar of fire, a rock of stability, and we will in turn be able to help our brothers and sisters in need.
