The Lord is My Shepherd

The Twenty-third Psalm, A Psalm of David

“The LORD is my Shepherd:

I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies:  thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”

This blessed psalm of David is the recipe for inner peace.

Trust in God to lead you in your daily life.  Turn to God whenever you are troubled.

Trust in the Universe/God to help you in all of your endeavors.

God is in control if we let him be. Turn over your burdens to God and realize that if we can just “let go and let God”, as the saying goes, we can live a life of peace knowing that God’s caring Hand is guiding us and guarding us every day.

Breathe deeply, and breath in the Light. See the Light expand in your heart.  See the Light, Be the Light, and be at Peace in the Light of God that does not fail.
